With the Ayodhya verdict hanging grimly over our heads, it's time to criticize the parties to the dispute for the mess they've created. They say they want a verdict quickly and they will abide with it whatever it may be. How can anyone believe them after their poor track record? Some like to keep the kettle boiling for their own vested interests. These would include marginalised religious leaders and politicians who have been hitherto exposed before us all. They would want to claw their way back through cheap gimmicks.
Yes, the best solution probably would be to allow for both a temple and masjid to co-exist in the huge tract of land. It's common sense but noone seems to propound this view as stupidity fogs our thought processes. Or let's build a place of worship of each of our major religions (Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, Jainism, Buddhism and Zoroastrianism). Let the land truly become one of National Integration. Let's herald in a new dawn.
